My name is Hazhir, and I'm a Physiotherapist living and working in Istanbul, Turkey, alongside my wife, Parisa. Few years ago, we got married, and shortly after, we moved to Istanbul to embark on my journey in Physical Therapy.

Having graduated with a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, my academic journey complements my initial degree in Architecture, which I pursued in Iran. After my first graduation, I spent three years in interior and exhibition design before starting my own business with my best friend.

Over the past 12 years, my career has taken multiple exciting turns. I've served in the military, ventured into Web Design focusing on Front End and UX, and worked as an accountant in a currency exchange office. I've freelanced as an architectural AutoCAD drafter and 3D designer and co-managed a coffee shop, honing skills in management, marketing, bartending, and barista work.

My life has been a remarkable adventure. As a young man, my father advised me to pick a path and succeed in it. However, I was on a quest to find my true calling. My explorations led me to realize that my true passion has always been sports. From playing basketball inspired by Michael Jordan to joining Iran's National Junior Basketball Team and later embracing trail running, sports have been my constant.

So why Physical Therapy? With maturity, I've realized my joy in enhancing lives and alleviating pain. This profession allows me to leverage my love for sports, my extensive experience, and my desire to impact positively on others’ lives.

Physical therapy isn't just about treating ailments; it's about restoring hope, mobility, and persons best quality of life. My diverse background enhances my ability to communicate effectively with patients, making complex medical information accessible and providing a supportive and safe environment.

My sports background, especially in basketball and trail running, underscores the significance of physical health and rehabilitation. I've seen how proper care can transform lives, helping individuals overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Now as a practicing physiotherapist, I am driven by the potential to profoundly influence people's well-being. My aim is to become a knowledgeable and compassionate physical therapist who not only addresses physical issues but also supports patients emotionally during their recovery.

In conclusion, the various phases of my career have all contributed to my current path in physical therapy, a field that aligns with my deepest values of improving lives. I am enthusiastic about continuing this journey, eager to make a significant difference in the health and happiness of those I serve.
